About

If you are ready to apply for U.S. Citizenship because you have been a Permanent Resident for a minimum of five (5) years, or you have been a Permanent Resident for a minimum of three (3) years and your application is based on a marriage to a U.S. Citizen, or you are applying for citizenship based on your service in the U.S. Armed Forces; our free eligibility questionnaire can help you determine immediately if you qualify and when is the best time to submit your Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization).

Citizenship through naturalization is the process by which a Permanent Resident applies to become a Naturalized Citizen of the United States, allowing them to enjoy all of the protections and benefits that come with U.S. Citizenship; such as the right to vote, sponsor family members that cannot sponsor by a Permanent Resident, apply for a U.S. Passport, and much more.

You may file your Application for Naturalization up to 90 days before the required period of continuous residence as a Lawful Permanent Resident.

NOTE: We recommend that Applicants with ANY criminal past or arrest record, speak with an experienced Immigration Attorney BEFORE they submit an Application for Naturalization to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to determine whether any prior arrests or convictions may have immigration consequences.
